Refund policy
At Elijah’s Toy Box, every item is carefully 3D printed, inspected, and packed with care before it leaves our workshop. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we’ve outlined our returns and refunds policy below.
🔁 Returns
We accept returns only if an item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide clear photos showing the issue
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection (e.g. size, colour, or product choice)
- Minor imperfections (small layer lines or slight variations are normal with 3D printed items)
💸 Refunds
If your item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged:
- You may choose between a replacement or a full refund minus shipping costs
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
🔄 Replacements
We’re happy to replace items that:
- Arrive damaged
- Have a clear manufacturing fault
In some cases, we may request the item to be returned before sending a replacement.
🚚 Shipping Issues
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers
- If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue
⚠️ Important Information
- All items are 3D printed and handmade, so slight variations may occur
- Colours (especially rainbow or gradient filaments) may vary from product photos
- Not suitable for children under 3 years — contains small parts
