At Elijah’s Toy Box, all items are 3D printed to order and carefully packed from our workshop in Australia.
📦 Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days
- During busy periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within Australia only.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping (Orders $0–$70): $9.00
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $70
- Express Shipping: $18.00
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
📍 Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email
- You can use this to track your delivery progress
⚠️ Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal carriers
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
- External factors outside our control (e.g. weather or peak periods)
📦 Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order:
- Arrives damaged, or
- Appears lost in transit
